Fuel, water, gas and electricity?

At pickup, the campervan is always equipped with a full diesel tank and full AdBlue tank. The tenant also brings back the campervan with full diesel tank, a petrol station is available within 100meters of the ViaVie showroom. AdBlue should not be filled up unless required while traveling.

At pickup, the campervan is provided with a full water tank and an empty and cleaned waste water tank. The tenant brings back the campervan with empty dirty water tank. It is not necessary to fill up/empty the fresh water tank.

Campervans with a built-in kitchen are delivered with a variable gas level, according to the level of gas brought back by the previous tenant. If necessary, we can estimate whether the gas level is sufficient for normal use during your journey. For longer rental periods we always install a new 2,75KG Campinggaz bottle. If desired, the tenant can bring another reserve gas, e.g. for longer trips to Norway. For this purpose, the cost price of the gas bottle is charged.

Each campervan is equipped with an additional battery for the living area (next to the vehicle engine battery). It has an autonomy of 2 to 4 days (depending on the type of campervan and use) and is charged while driving. You can also recharge the residential battery via an external 230V socket. Coupling and extension cable are provided in each rented vehicle.
